01. BINDING RELATIONSHIP & SCOPE

02. LEGAL CAPACITY OF USER

By utilizing our services, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. Any use of our specialized drinkware products for illicit activities or in violation of local laws is strictly prohibited. A breach of this requirement will result in the immediate cessation of your access to our store and the cancellation of any pending orders.

03. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & BRAND ASSETS

The "Myeqwa" brand, including all logos, product photography of our Glass Cups and Insulated Cups, and website copy, is the exclusive property of H.A TRANSPORTATION LLC. You are granted a limited license to access the site for personal shopping; however, any commercial extraction, reproduction, or redistribution of our intellectual property is strictly forbidden without prior written authorization.

04. SERVICE DISCRETION & LIMITATIONS

We reserve the unilateral right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel transactions at our sole discretion. We do not warrant that your device will display the exact hues of our products perfectly. We also reserve the right to limit sales quantities on a per-order or per-household basis.

To ensure seamless delivery, you must provide current and accurate purchase information. If we need to modify or cancel an order (e.g., due to stock limitations in our Mug collection), we will attempt to notify you via the email or phone number provided. 17. SEVERABILITY OF TERMS

If any specific clause in this Agreement is found to be unenforceable by a court of law, that clause shall be severed, and the remaining 19 sections shall remain in full force and effect.

18. GOVERNING LAW & LEGAL VENUE

This Agreement and any purchase of Mugs, Glass Cups, or Insulated Cups shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our support channels shall be handled in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.

19. REVISIONS TO THE AGREEMENT

We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our business or regulatory requirements. It is your responsibility to check this page for updates. Continued use of the Myeqwa site constitutes acceptance of any new terms.
